Position

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a driven and organized individual with a passion for real estate and luxury retail to join our dynamic Real Estate team based in New York City as an intern. The Real Estate Intern will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of real estate within a world-renowned luxury brand. You will contribute to critical functions such as portfolio management, transaction support, and the creation of essential real estate documentation and presentations, all while collaborating cross-functionally to support our retail network.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gain foundational experience in real estate portfolio management, including tracking critical dates and understanding lease cycles.
• Support real estate transactions, learning the essential steps involved in property acquisition within a corporate setting.
• Contribute to the creation of key Real Estate department materials and presentations, collaborating with Store Planning for Store Committee reviews.
• Prepare executive summary for corporate travel.
• Master data input and management techniques crucial for maintaining accurate real estate records.
• Assist in coordinating vital real estate documentation, filing, and transactions for Louis Vuitton Americas' retail network.
• Learn to communicate and partner cross-functionally with various retail stakeholders on exciting real estate projects.

Profile

We are excited to speak to individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, possessing a foundational financial acumen. This role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, while consistently demonstrating strong follow-through and reliability. We value candidates who can handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Successful applicants will be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, urban planning, or a related field.

Compensation

• Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
• Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour

Criteria

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
• Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
• We are open to full-time candidates with availability from July through December 2026
Legally authorized to work in the US

The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
