About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates executive needs, and helps ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings across internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage executive inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive logistics.
Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, and presentation materials as needed.
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication between executives and internal teams.
Assist with confidential projects and time-sensitive business initiatives.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts.
Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Support special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
Experience managing complex calendars, executive scheduling, and inbox management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and calendar management tools.
Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives within a technology company or startup.
Experience coordinating executive travel and special projects.
Office management experience.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
