Job Title: Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid (North Carolina)

Position Summary:

The Senior BCBA is responsible for delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across both in-person and telehealth settings throughout North Carolina. This hybrid role (approximately 25–50% remote, based on clinical appropriateness) combines direct clinical care, mentorship, and program development.

This position plays a key role in advancing ethical, neurodiversity-affirming, and anti-oppressive practices, while supporting the expansion of care models beyond traditional ABA—including Telehealth, trauma-assumed care, and assent-based approaches. Ideal candidates are both independent and collaborative, and are motivated to help shape the future of the field.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina
• Experience in areas beyond traditional ABA, including:
• Telehealth service delivery
• Trauma-assumed care
• Assent-based and neurodiversity-affirming practices
• Commitment to ethical and anti-oppressive care
• Experience mentoring or supervising clinicians preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a hybrid schedule, including travel as needed

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight

• Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 25 billable hours per week (in-person and telehealth)
• Ensure services meet North Carolina regulations, payer requirements, and company standards
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, assent-based treatment plans
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention strategies
• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
