The Mission
Gilbertsville Farmhouse is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to completely own the day-to-day operations of our marketing department.
Instead of multiple external teams communicating separately, you will be the central hub. All marketing initiatives and vendor relationships will flow directly through you to ensure we consistently grow brand awareness, qualified inquiries, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor & Agency Coordination: Act as the primary contact for our social media agency, paid media specialists (Google & Meta Ads), SEO agency, website developer, and creative contractors. Hold partners accountable and ensure campaigns launch on time.
- Brand & Content Management: Protect brand standards and ensure absolute consistency across all channels. Organize monthly filming days, wedding content collections, and manage the monthly social media calendar.
- Website, SEO & Email: Coordinate website updates, add testimonials, and partner with our SEO agency to publish 4 blogs per month. Coordinate monthly newsletters and campaign emails.
- Partnerships & Outreach: Manage planner visits, vendor collaborations, editorial opportunities, and influencer stays.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain a monthly dashboard tracking website traffic, qualified inquiries, conversion rates, and ad performance to provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Coordination Experience: Strong background in operations, project management, or marketing coordination, with a proven ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects moving.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Experienced in acting as the primary point of contact for external partners, holding creative agencies accountable, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Brand Custodian Mindset: A sharp eye for detail with the ability to ruthently protect brand standards and ensure messaging consistency across websites, social media, and paid channels.
- Data & KPI Savvy: Comfortable tracking digital performance metrics (website traffic, qualified inquiries, conversion rates) and maintaining a clean monthly dashboard.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Highly structured approach to work, with the ability to follow a rigorous weekly rhythm spanning content days, agency syncs, and outreach.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing Ecosystems: Understanding of how SEO, paid ads (Google/Meta), social calendars, and email newsletters work together to drive business growth.
- Must have own transportation to the company property.
