Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Special Projects Supervisor to lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives across our hotel portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex projects, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless program execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing cross-functional teams. As a vital part of our operations team, you will champion change management strategies, implement innovative solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of special projects that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources using advanced project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and resolve conflicts effectively
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and root cause analysis techniques to identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions
• Oversee program development activities including risk management, scope management, quality control, and change management strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time while maintaining high standards of quality
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, data analysis insights using Excel or SAS, and presentation materials for executive review

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in technical project or program management within a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of project management lifecycle (PMBOK), Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong background in business process modeling, process mapping, requirements gathering & analysis, and process improvement initiatives like Kaizen or Lean methodologies
• Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Confluence, or PPM tools such as VersionOne or Primavera P6
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects or product development initiatives is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze data trends using Excel data analysis tools or SAS for informed decision-making
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
