PME Hospitality is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership and support for the maintenance operations across our growing portfolio of hotels. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our properties remain safe, well-maintained, guest-ready, and compliant with brand standards.
The Regional Facilities Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with General Managers and on-property maintenance teams to oversee preventive maintenance programs, assist with capital improvement projects, troubleshoot complex building system issues, and ensure consistency in maintenance operations across multiple hotel locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational support for maintenance departments across multiple hotel properties.
- Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment life and minimize downtime.
- Assist General Managers in planning, prioritizing, and executing maintenance projects.
- Provide hands-on support with troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems when needed.
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers while ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
- Assist with renovations, property improvement initiatives, equipment replacements, and capital expenditure projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, fire and life safety requirements, local building codes, and franchise brand standards.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
- Assist with purchasing, inventory control, and vendor management for maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Train, mentor, and support property maintenance technicians while promoting best practices and consistency across the portfolio.
- Prepare hotels for brand quality assurance inspections, insurance inspections, and regulatory compliance visits.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed, including occasional after-hours support.
- Travel regularly between PME Hospitality hotel locations throughout Southeast Georgia.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive maintenance experience, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Multi-property hotel maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.
- Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
- Ability to read technical manuals, equipment specifications, and basic building plans.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with maintenance work order systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical maintenance duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or ability to obtain.
- EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred.
- Experience with hotel property management or maintenance software.
- Knowledge of budgeting, capital planning, and asset management.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
