When one of our shop management positions opens up, it is typically filled quietly and quickly. This is the Evanston, Wyoming shop. Positioned to serve a growing regional market with new dealer expansion underway in Utah, Wyoming and beyond, this shop is at an inflection point. The infrastructure is in place, the brand is established, and the opportunity for a high-producing manager to come in and capitalize on real market momentum is significant. What it needs is the right person with the energy and drive to take it to the next level.

What This Role Actually Is

This is not a management-from-the-office position. The Production Manager at an OHS shop is physically on the tools every single day whether framing, roofing, painting, or finishing quality sheds alongside their crew. You set the standard by living it. Every shed that leaves your shop has your name on it, and our customers know the difference.

On top of the production role, your shop lot is a live sales floor. When customers drive in, you greet them, show them what you built, and close the sale. Nobody sells a product better than the person who built it with their own hands. The managers in our network who embrace both sides of this role are among the highest earners in the industry.

The Earning Potential

You earn commission on every shed you build. You earn additional income on every shed you sell directly off the lot. This is a dual-income model with no ceiling, your output and your hustle determine what you make. Six-figure earning potential is real and achievable for the right person in this market.

You Own the Business

This is a contracted business opportunity, not a traditional employee position. You will hold your own business license and liability insurance and operate the shop as your own business under the Old Hickory Sheds brand. The equipment on site belongs to you, financed in-house by OHS at a flat fee drawn from your commission. Owners who invest in their tools run tighter shops and take more pride in their product. That is exactly the culture we build.

You have real hands-on construction experience. Framing, roofing, painting, and finish work are not foreign to you, they are what you do. You also enjoy people. When someone walks onto your lot you light up, not shut down. You are ready to lead without being pushed, hold yourself to a standard before anyone has to ask, and treat this opportunity like the business it is.

If you have been in construction and always thought about running your own operation, this is the closest thing to it without starting from zero.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
