Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst – DPS owns the weekly operational bookings and revenue forecasting function for the Deltek Professional Services (DPS) portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of operational finance and strategic advisory, operating within a Finance Business Partner model.
The ideal candidate brings analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insight.

Core Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Forecasting

• Own DPS bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization modeling on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Maintain and continuously enhance financial models to support monthly forecasting cycles and the annual plan process, including monthly submissions in Workday Adaptive

Business Partnering & Insights

• Conduct weekly sessions with Delivery leaders to identify and escalate revenue risks and opportunities, and surface operational enhancements

• Develop and maintain DPS-specific reporting packages (PowerBI)
• Support cross-functional partnerships with Services Sales teams

Finance

The U.S. salary range for this position is $64,500.00-$114,250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
