Responsibilities:
- Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to track program financials, manage budgets, and align funding streams with DoD financial planning processes.
- Personnel must be proficient in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, financial forecasting, and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills are required to support funding justifications and expenditure tracking
Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in financial management.
- Must have demonstrated experience in DoD budget execution, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with defense financial management systems, congressional budget justifications, and funding reconciliation.
Desired but not Required Certifications:
Lean Six Certification, PMP Certification, KM Certification, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), CPA, or DAWIA Level II in Financial Management.
