Management Care Services is expanding, and we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team! We are committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in clients’ communication, social skills, and independence, especially for those on the autism spectrum. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact through innovative, evidence-based practices in diverse settings including home, school, and community environments.

What We Offer

• $95,000-$110,000 annual salary (based on experience).
• Retention Bonus: Up to $20,000 paid over the first 12 months.*
• Schedule: Hybrid (50% remote, 50% in-person).
• Billable Hours: Only 25 billable hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBT's and Behavior Technicians.
• Provide caregiver training and clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Eligible to practice in North Carolina.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

*Retention Bonus Payment Schedule

• 90 Days: $2,500
• 6 Months: $5,000
• 9 Months: $5,000
• 12 Months: $7,500

Total Retention Bonus: $20,000. The bonus is contingent upon the BCBA remaining actively employed and in good standing at each payment milestone.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
