Field Agent – Tribal Lifeline Program

Job Summary

North American Local (NAL) is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Field Agents. In this role, you will assist eligible customers with enrolling in the Tribal Lifeline Program while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring all applications meet compliance standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and want to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the Tribal Lifeline enrollment process.
• Verify required eligibility documentation.
• Ensure all applications are accurate and compliant.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Meet weekly production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Ability to work independently in various locations throughout Minnesota.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Weekly Production Goal

• 30–40 approved applications per week.

Weekly Commission Structure

• 1–20 approved: $15 per activation
• 21–30 approved: $17 per activation
• 31–40 approved: $19 per activation
• 41+ approved: $20 per activation
