About the Opportunity

Co-located Xponential Fitness franchise studios in one of Madison's most trafficked retail corridors. Both brands have established memberships, shared infrastructure, and a demonstrated market in one of the Southeast's fastest-growing and most affluent communities.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to take full operational ownership of both studios. Ownership is not present daily — this role is built for an independent leader who can execute without hand-holding and is rewarded when results follow.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base salary: $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience

· Profit-sharing structure with meaningful upside tied to combined studio performance, paid quarterly

· Performance milestone bonuses available

· Monthly health stipend

· PTO: 10 days in Year 1; 15 days in Year 2 and beyond

Strong performance in this role has the potential to significantly exceed base pay. This is not a flat-salary position.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Both Studios

· Full P&L accountability — revenue targets, expense management, and reporting to ownership

· Member acquisition, retention, and overall member experience

· Team hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and culture-building

· Local marketing execution, community outreach, and brand representation

· Compliance with Xponential Fitness brand standards

Rumble Boxing

· Drive membership sales and lead conversion

· Manage class scheduling and instructor team

· Build referral programs and local community presence

StretchLab

· Drive membership sales and lead conversion

· Manage flexologist scheduling to optimize session utilization

· Grow session volume and retain top flexologist talent

What We're Looking For

Required

· 2+ years of management experience in a boutique fitness studio, gym, or franchise operation

· Demonstrated track record of membership growth — be prepared to share where numbers were when you arrived and where you took them

· Strong sales conversion skills (trials and walk-ins to paid memberships)

· Ability to lead a small team and operate independently

· Genuine passion for health, fitness, and the boutique fitness industry — this should be a meaningful part of who you are, not just the job title

Preferred

· Prior experience with an Xponential Fitness brand (Rumble Boxing, StretchLab, Club Pilates, Orangetheory, F45, Pure Barre, or similar)

· Experience with 1:1 service scheduling and utilization management

· Familiarity with the Madison/Huntsville, AL market
