FLP Associates is a General Contracting construction company. We mainly focus on residential work in new construction, add a levels, additions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and basements.

We self perform the following work: small demolition projects, interior framing of basements, kitchen modifications and doorway openings, interior doors and trim, entry and patio doors, window replacements, decking and exterior deck railing systems, kitchen cabinet installations, custom and semi custom built-ins.

We also perform work that falls between contracts of our subcontractors and punch list items to complete our jobs such as spackle, patching and sheetrock fixes, tile correction replacement, painting, clean up and fixturing as needed.

We are looking for a well rounded carpenter, that has the ability to self perform projects, direct subs on site, read plans, as well as not need to be told what to do and how to do every aspect of a job. You should be able to:

Read plans, work from sketches or verbal layouts and specification sheets, ie fireplace builds, vanity layouts

Frame headers, doorways and beams properly as well as stud layout and deck plans.

Have your own hand tools, reliable vehicle to get to work and work an 8 hour day on the jobsite.

Bonus if bi lingual Spanish, Portuguese, etc
