Niemerg's is looking to add an outgoing, team oriented person to our management staff. Position is evening shift and can be full or part time. Managers will work as a team to help ensure the guests experience is as good as expected. Managers will report directly to the general manager and have regular bi- weekly meetings with the owners.

Leadership:

- Is always putting the customer and others first.

- Is measuring decision based on what's best for the customers and ultimately the company.

Manager Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with other FOH managers to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and training.
- Coordinate and supervise staff in all departments including coffee shop, dining room, bar, drive thru, carry out and kitchen.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Have a customer first focus - spending time with our customers and assisting the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Help train and mentor new employees.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisor role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

This is a working manager position - managers will be working alongside the team to ensure the best guests experience possible!
