Competitive Sales Representative – Entry Level Leadership Track

Legacy Windows is hiring competitive, coachable individuals who want to build a career in sales and leadership.

This is an entry-level outside sales role in Layton, UT. You do not need prior window or home improvement experience. We are looking for people who are hungry to learn, willing to be coached, and excited about developing real-world sales, communication, and leadership skills.

If you have a sports background, competitive mindset, or experience working on a team, this could be a strong fit. Our goal is not just to hire sales reps. Our goal is to develop future leaders and managers as Legacy Windows continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods to generate interest in window replacement consultations.

You will:

• Speak with homeowners face-to-face
• Generate leads and set qualified appointments
• Learn a proven sales process
• Build communication, confidence, and leadership skills
• Participate in team training and field coaching
• Work with experienced sales leaders who will help you improve
• Compete individually while contributing to a team culture
• Develop toward future leadership and management opportunities

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales role with:

• Pay per qualified appointment
• Commission opportunities
• Performance bonuses

Sales Representatives are paid based on activity, consistency, quality appointments, and results. Motivated reps who follow the training and stay consistent have the opportunity to build strong weekly and monthly income.
