OHCAL Mid-Atlantic, LLC is a Business Development Agent, which is an independent contractor that has the right to develop the SUBWAY Brand, while ensuring operational excellence in the southern Maryland, Washington DC & Virginia area.

Job Description:

Are you an expert at motivating people to make positive change through coaching, training and mentoring? Do you have previous restaurant or restaurant management background? If the answer to these questions is “yes”, then we want you on our team!

As a Business Consultant, you will be assigned a group of about 60 Franchisee owned SUBWAY restaurants within a 100 mile radius of Wytheville. You will work closely with restaurant operators to implement corporate policies, business planning, financial reviews and programs that will have a direct impact on the profitability of the Franchise Partners, advertisement market and our office.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring Brand protection by conducting regular restaurant visits to review operations. Plus, you will be assisting Franchisees in increasing sales, profitability and the development of new SUBWAY restaurants.

You make your own schedule, so excellent time management, follow-up and good attention to detail is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is also required. As a member of the team, you will have access to upper management and the ability to affect organizational change.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years experience in the restaurant industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Advanced project management skills and ability to influence others
• Ability to travel to multiple SUBWAY restaurants located in the assigned area
• Strong analytic, strategic, organizational and communications skills
