Job Overview
We are a growing intermodal transportation company specializing in efficient, reliable freight solutions across rail, truck, and port networks. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners.

The ideal candidate will be able to be able to trouble shoot Hours-of-Service and Equipment Issues. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, mechanical knowledge of semi-trucks and a working knowledge of technology is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and Troubleshooting ELD equipment when drivers call with issues and taking proper steps to correct.
• Completion of equipment install and orientating drivers on using the ELD app.
• Monitoring all trucks and drivers and assisting with Hours-of-service issues.
• Answering phones, emails, and handling driver/truck owner/agent requests and tracking communications.
• Keep track of all driver/owner/agent communications.

Experience:

• Working knowledge of technology
• Mechanical knowledge of Semi Trucks a plus
• FMSCA Rules preferred but not required
• Understanding Hour of Service rules set forth by FMSCA preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
