Job Description
Solü is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you\'ll design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack, with a strong focus on Azure cloud migration, application architecture, and full-stack development. You\'ll serve as a technical leader, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while mentoring developers and driving projects from design through deployment.


Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex applications.
• Provide technical direction and contribute as a hands-on developer.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate development efforts and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate across development, operations, and business teams.
• Support testing, debugging, and system performance optimization.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 10+ years of experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#.
• 5+ years of experience developing Angular applications, including PrimeNG or Kendo UI.
• 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web Forms.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server performance analysis and tuning.
• 3+ years of experience developing Web APIs.
• 3–5 years of experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM tools.
• 3+ years of experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience using GitLab.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud, including refactoring and migrating ASP.NET Web Forms applications to Azure.
• Strong experience with modern development tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver projects on schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Dependency Injection frameworks.
• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, scripting, development, and support.
• Experience integrating DocuSign and FileNet.
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
