The Role: High-Ticket Sales Closer

This is a high-ticket closing role for Body Smart’s flagship offer:

Body Smart 1:1 Ultimate CoachingA premium 1-on-1 coaching experience designed to help women 30+ lose weight sustainably and keep it off for good.

This is not cold calling. You will speak with women who have already applied and are actively seeking change.

Your job is to guide qualified applicants through a confident, decisive enrollment conversation and close them into the program.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Close high-ticket 1-on-1 coaching calls with pre-qualified applicants
• Handle emotional and logical objections with clarity, empathy, and control
• Lead calls with a consultative approach while maintaining authority
• Keep high standards: professionalism, urgency, and follow-through
• Operate at a performance level where targets are the minimum, not the goal

Call Volume + Schedule

• 40 call slots per week
• Average of ~25 live calls per week
• Remote role
• 1 weekend per month is mandatory

Compensation (Commission + Weekly Bonuses)

This is a commission-only role.

Base Commission

• You earn commission on every closed sale
• Your earnings are performance-based and scale directly with how many clients you enrol

Expected Monthly Earnings Range (Top Performers)

• GBP → £6,000–£14,700+ per month
• USD → $7,500–$18,500+ per month
