As a BCBA with Autism Centers of Tennessee, your responsibilities include:

• Parent, Teacher, and Staff Training: Equipping families, educators, and team members with tools to implement ABA principles effectively.
• Supervision & Training: Mentoring and overseeing your own treatment team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), graduate interns, and BCaBAs to maintain exceptional service delivery standards.
• Assessment: Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Functional Analyses (FAs), and verbal behavior/language assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Treatment Planning: Developing and updating individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, objectives, and interventions to track client progress.
• Collaboration: Monthly collaboration meeting with team of BCBA's to discuss treatment interventions and supervision strategies. Partnering with schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other pediatric disciplines to provide comprehensive care.
• Administrative Oversight: Ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, session documentation, treatment authorizations, and supervision requirements.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Current licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Already credentialed with most major insurance companies in Tennessee.
