DESCRIPTION

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
• Experience in a broad range of software design approaches and common UX patterns.
• Experience owning and leading significant projects from concept to deployment
• Experience in process design and documentation
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Experience working directly with engineering and science teams on feature development and trade-off decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience designing player-facing AI features such as adaptive content, personalization engines, intelligent recommendations, or dynamic interaction systems
• Experience working with applied science or machine learning teams to ship AI-driven product features at scale
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Passion for emergent technologies, home automation, and new paradigms in human-computer interaction

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
