Our reps realistically earn $72,000–$100,000 per year, and we pay a guaranteed base salary for your first six months — non-recoverable, meaning you never owe it back — so you have real income while you build your network and your commission pipeline.
You bring proven sales ability. We bring the system, the scripts, the training, the prospect lists, and five established partner companies whose services you'll be connecting people to.

About the Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you're the face of Referral Xperts in the field. The role has two sides:
B2B Partnership Development (60-70% of your time)
- In-person visits and calls to contractors, plumbers, roofers, restoration companies, and other service providers
- Presenting our referral partnership opportunity and onboarding new partners into the ecosystem
- Building long-term vendor relationships — these partnerships pay you repeatedly, not once
B2C Direct Outreach (30-40% of your time)
- Neighborhood canvassing in targeted areas
- Identifying property owners who need our partners' services (property damage, restoration, legal, construction)
- Generating qualified leads for our client companies
Your First 30 Days
- Week 1-2: Hands-on learning with close mentoring — pitch scripts, objection handling, CRM, and working alongside the team until you're ready
- From there: Your own territory, your prospect list loaded and ready, working independently with ongoing support (not just initial training and a handshake)

Required:
- Bilingual English/Spanish — Spanish-speaking communities are a significant part of your territory, and you'll be working in both languages daily
- Proven B2B or B2C sales experience with demonstrated ability to self-generate leads
- Comfortable with cold calling, door-knocking, and in-person prospecting
- Self-motivated — you can manage your own schedule and hold yourself to metrics
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in property damage, restoration, construction, insurance, or related industries
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
