Are you ready to kickstart your career in geotechnical engineering? We are seeking a Civil / Geotechnical Engineer to become part of our expanding Geotechnical and CMT teams in Atlanta. This role is ideal for a junior Civil Engineer who thrives on a combination of fieldwork and office-based engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support geotechnical investigations, soil borings, and site explorations
• Conduct construction materials testing for soil, concrete, and asphalt
• Analyze field and lab data under the guidance of senior engineers
• Assist in preparing geotechnical reports and engineering recommendations
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients
• Engage in fieldwork for about 80% of the time and office work for 20%

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification (or in process of obtaining)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to write technically
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Prior experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing is a plus
