- - Responsibilities:- -

• Serve as the primary program contact for customer stakeholders and internal leadership
• Translate customer priorities into clear direction for internal teams and global delivery partners
• Govern program execution across Mexico, India, and Europe
• Manage escalations, risks, resource planning, milestone tracking, and partner performance
• Review and validate partner solution proposals before customer submission
• Evaluate pricing, SOWs, effort estimates, and commercial assumptions
• Support executive reporting, governance materials, and decision summaries
• Identify automation, AI, and continuous improvement opportunities

- - Ideal Candidates Will Have:- -

• 12+ years of experience in technology services, global delivery, consulting, or enterprise program management
• 5+ years managing large-scale programs with offshore, nearshore, or global delivery partners
• Strong experience with enterprise stakeholders at Director, VP, CIO, or senior leadership levels
• A high ownership mindset with the ability to drive clarity, decisions, and outcomes
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority across matrixed organizations

- - Required Skills/Experience:- -

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing partner ecosystems, SOWs, proposals, pricing reviews, and governance cadence
• Strong business communication skills and executive-ready presentation ability
• Ability to manage delivery risks and escalations across global teams
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments

• Manufacturing IT exposure
• Experience with AMS/ADS, AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or manufacturing systems
