• Drafting and Designing: Produce precise 2D and 3D designs according to project leader’s specifications, converting hand-drawn sketches into digital formats.
• Key duties involve translating designs, making revisions, preparing documentation, managing digital files.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members, engineers, and architects to discuss design concepts and incorporate feedback into drawings.
• Revisions and Updates: Update models and drawings throughout construction or manufacturing to reflect changes, ensuring they comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation Management: Keep accurate records of all drawings and manage drawing archives securely.

• 
  An associate’s degree in drafting, engineering technology or a related field. Additional courses in CAD software are required, or 5 years’ experience.
• Proficient in CAD software such as Auto Revit, with a solid understanding of drafting techniques and engineering terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy creating technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical aspects clearly to team members and clients.
• Creative and critical thinking skills to support the project team during design.
