Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3+ years of mortgage processing experience.
• Willing to communicate by telephone with internal and external customers
• Strong knowledge of Agency,Non-QM, Portfolio, FHA, VA, and renovation loan products and guidelines.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Positive attitude, accountability, and a desire to work in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.
