Stark Overview
Stark works with Orange County’s most prolific business leaders — CEOs, operators, and professionals — who carry significant responsibility and need their physiology to match it.
The focus is building systems that allow people to perform at a high level under pressure, with consistency across nutrition, training, recovery, and stress management.
The Role
We are hiring a Nutritionist / Performance Health Coach to work directly with clients inside a structured, data-driven health system.
You will:
- Guide clients on nutrition strategy aligned with performance, recovery, and long-term health
- Translate complex health data into simple, actionable behaviors
- Drive accountability and consistency, not just education
- Integrate nutrition into a broader system including training, sleep, stress, and recovery
- Work alongside advanced health care professionals who are experts in health optimization
This role blends nutrition expertise with behavior change and coaching.
Who This Is For
This role is a fit if you:
- Understand that nutrition extends beyond macros into behavior, identity, and consistency
- Can coach clients who are busy, stressed, and operating at a high level
- Prefer structured systems over improvisation
- Are comfortable holding clients accountable and driving follow-through
- Are interested in learning and applying tactics beyond nutrition
Who This Is NOT For
This role is not a fit if you:
- Focus primarily on meal plans or rigid protocols
- Avoid accountability or difficult conversations
- Want a purely clinical or research-only role
- Believe knowledge alone drives results
Qualifications
We are open to candidates with:
- Nutrition degrees, certifications, or relevant experience
- OR strong experience in health coaching / behavior change
More important than credentials:
- Ability to drive behavior change
- Strong communication and coaching presence
- Alignment with a structured, performance-based model
What We Provide
- A proven system — you won’t be building from scratch
- High-level clientele who are invested and committed
- Ongoing training in our performance health model
- Clear expectations and growth path
Why This Role Is Different
Most nutrition roles emphasize information delivery.
This role emphasizes execution, consistency, and real-world application.

Compensation growth is tied to performance, consistency, and ability to drive measurable client outcomes.
