Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed.
• Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and positive guest relations.
• Support other restaurant operations such as host/hostess duties or food preparation as required.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
• Experience with food industry operations such as serving, bussing, hosting/hosting duties, or kitchen support is advantageous.

Pay: $10.70 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
