We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) to join our growing vocational rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll help injured workers navigate their return-to-work journey while ensuring quality, compliance, and outstanding service every step of the way.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Vocational Rehabilitation team, you'll:

• Review workers' compensation claim files to determine if vocational rehabilitation services are appropriate.
• Evaluate referrals, assessments, rehabilitation plans, and case closures for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Review case documentation and monitor vocational rehabilitation case management activities to ensure compliance with BWC guidelines.
• Process vocational rehabilitation appeals according to established policies and procedures.
• Partner with the Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor to review case progress and provide guidance to field case managers.
• Collaborate with physicians, peer reviewers, BWC representatives, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for injured workers.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and quality service.
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with administrative projects and other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential

✔ Experience in workers' compensation, case management, vocational rehabilitation, occupational health, disability management, or rehabilitation counseling preferred

✔ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication

✔ Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

✔ Comfortable reviewing medical records, documentation, and regulatory requirements

✔ Collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed

✔ Strong organizational and computer skills
