If you’re skilled in candidate interviewing, assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and high-volume recruitment, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
- Conduct high-volume candidate interviews and assessments, applying your expertise to identify top talent.
- Use your interviewing and evaluation skills to assess candidates fairly while delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with pilots, hiring managers, and other stakeholders as part of interview panels supporting aviation recruitment initiatives.
- Contribute to hiring outcomes by applying HR best practices, legal hiring standards, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) principles throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment activities and hiring processes through your assessment expertise and stakeholder feedback.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate interviewing, assessment, and selection, particularly within high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment-related hiring standards, and DEI principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience conducting panel interviews, career fair interviews, or agency recruitment activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-volume hiring environment.
- Ability to make objective hiring recommendations while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
- Technical recruitment experience, including hiring for technology-focused roles.
- Experience working in technical or engineering-focused environments.
- Agency recruitment background.
- Experience representing organizations at career fairs and large-scale hiring events.
- Exposure to or knowledge of the aviation industry.
- Retired HR professionals with relevant interviewing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work 24–28 hours per week.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule of 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating effectively with onsite and remote stakeholders.

Salary range: $74,600 – $99,400 USD
U.S. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick Time, and Performance Bonus.
