IntegraTouch is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to support a high growth technology organization in Palo Alto.
This is a senior, hands on People Technology consulting role with a primary focus on Workday Advanced Compensation and enterprise compensation programs. The consultant will also contribute to broader initiatives across Core HCM, Performance Management, Security, Reporting, Talent Acquisition technology, and emerging AI enabled People Technology solutions.
We are looking for someone who understands much more than how Workday works. The right consultant can sit with HR, Total Rewards, People Technology, and IT leaders, understand complex business requirements, translate those needs into clear functional requirements, develop comprehensive testing strategies, audit complex data, and help drive critical projects through successful delivery.
Deep, hands on Workday Advanced Compensation experience is required.
Location and Schedule
This position requires working onsite in Palo Alto, California, Monday through Friday.
Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Palo Alto or be prepared to independently relocate to the area.
The consultant must also have some flexibility to occasionally work earlier mornings or later evenings when collaboration with international teams is required.

Workday Expertise
We are seeking candidates with deep functional expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation combined with broad knowledge across the Workday ecosystem.
The strongest candidates will have experience with several of the following:
Because system configuration is owned by a separate technical team, this role is particularly well suited for a senior functional consultant who excels at bridging the gap between HR and business requirements and technical execution.
You must be able to understand what the business needs, document it clearly, anticipate potential issues, thoroughly test the resulting solution, and help ensure successful delivery.
AI First People Technology
We are particularly interested in professionals who are actively exploring how AI can improve the way People Technology teams operate.
You should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve productivity and quality across areas such as:

We are looking for someone who understands how to use modern AI tools thoughtfully and practically to work smarter, improve processes, and help a People Technology organization continue to evolve.
Talent Acquisition Technology
Experience supporting modern Talent Acquisition technology is highly desirable.
Experience with Gem is strongly preferred. Candidates with significant experience implementing or supporting other enterprise ATS, recruiting CRM, or Talent Acquisition platforms will also be considered.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
