Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking an experienced SAP Training Developer to support the development and delivery of training for an SAP S/4HANA implementation for a large Federal government agency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience planning, developing, and executing enduser training for a largescale implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
This is an exciting fulltime opportunity to work in a fastpaced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations in the U.S. Federal Government. This position is located in one of CGI Federals offices in Fairfax, VA; Lebanon, VA; Lafayette, LA; or Knoxville, TN. A hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Training Developer, you will apply training and instructional design principles to ensure alignment with mission training objectives.
Plan, develop, and deliver training materials as scheduled.
Create training content and materials based on the financial system being implemented; this will require learning enough about the core system to develop relevant training materials.
Deliver training through a variety of methods, including inperson classroom sessions, virtual training, and selfdirected learning for a decentralized audience.
Build and maintain WalkMe content to support tactical and strategic digitaladoption goals, providing onscreen user assistance and enhancing the user experience within target systems.
Demonstrate the desire and ability to travel within the U.S., as needed, to deliver training.
Develop training that teaches users financial processes and related technology, including rolebased exercises within an SAP training environment.
Coordinate related standalone documents that support training.
Conduct needs assessments and instructional analyses to determine appropriate learning methods.
Prepare supporting plans for training project completion, including comprehensive timelines.
Conduct performancebased measurement assessments to objectively evaluate instructional programs.
Prepare training status reports, exhibits, communications, and procedures as required.
Consult with senior instructional staff to confirm program objectives, operational procedures, and system constraints.
Stay current on developments in training and instructional methodologies, including advancements in technology.
Author and organize training system procedural manuals and supporting documentation in accordance with organizational and departmental requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Due to government contract and clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship is required, as well as successful completion of the CGI background check prior to beginning work. Candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
BS degree in Business, Education, Training, HR, Information Technology, or a related field
6+ years of experience in training development and delivery for Federal government clients
Experience with WalkMe; Builder 1 and Builder 2 Certifications
Experience with training authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Vyond

Desired qualifications / nonessential skills:
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with SAP S/4HANA

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $153,300.00.
