Job Summary

Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Agent, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer engagement and dealership success. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, managing inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels. Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chats, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, utilizing cold calling techniques to generate new leads and nurture existing relationships.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, test drives, and follow-up visits with potential buyers.
• Support dealership marketing efforts by promoting special offers, vehicle inventory updates, and upselling high-end vehicles or accessories.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to enhance customer experience and improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities across multiple channels.
• Familiarity sales strategies and outbound sales techniques such as cold calling.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales support tools to manage leads and track performance metrics.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently.
• Experience in deal closing, upselling, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and a professional demeanor that builds trust with clients.
• Knowledge of inventory control, retail math, and automotive marketing principles will be advantageous.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
