We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Business Development Representative or Manager to lead our in-store Business Development operations and drive customer engagement, appointment volume, and sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and team development within a dealership environment. This is a , in where you are driving the traffic personally, and slowly building a team of in-store representatives. Our brand-new facilities in Lenox are taking off, and it is a great time to join!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the daily operations of the in-store BD function (Sales and/or Service)
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate BD representatives as necessary
• Monitor and improve inbound and outbound lead handling (phone, email, text, chat)
• Set performance goals and KPIs for appointment setting, show rates, and conversion
• Ensure consistent follow-up processes and CRM compliance
• Analyze reports and metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvement
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand standards
• Develop scripts, processes, and best practices for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive business development/BDC experience (management experience is NOT necessary)
• Proven success in lead management, appointment setting, and conversion
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Proficiency with automotive CRMs (VinSolutions preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing both Sales and Service Business Development teams is helpful but not necessary .
• Background in digital marketing or lead generation strategies
• Prior experience in a highline dealership setting

Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
