What You'll Do

As one of our aesthetic providers, you'll combine medical expertise, artistry, and relationship-building to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals
• Perform advanced injectable treatments including:
• Botox®
• Dysport®
• Dermal fillers
• Biostimulators
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and long-term treatment planning
• Recommend complementary skincare and aesthetic services when appropriate
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional follow-up and patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, providers, and the aesthetic team
• Participate in educational events, patient appreciation events, marketing initiatives, and social media content when appropriate
• Continue advancing your clinical skills through ongoing education

Qualifications

Required

• Current RN, NP, or PA license (Oregon or eligible)
• Minimum of 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience
• Demonstrated expertise with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy
• Outstanding consultation and communication skills
• Proven ability to build patient trust and retention

Preferred

• Plastic surgery practice experience
• Experience with medical-grade skincare
• Experience participating in patient education and marketing initiatives
• Existing patient following
