Position Overview:
We are hiring motivated B2B Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining inside sales and field sales.
All new hires will complete a 1-week in-office training and start with a mix of telesales and door-to-door outreach, supported by company-provided leads.

Compensation:
Earn $750 – $2,000 per closed business
On-target earnings: $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities:
Prospect and close small to mid-sized businesses
Conduct both telesales and in-person outreach

• Sell Wireless Mobility (business mobile plans), Fiber Internet, and VoIP systems
• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
• Manage pipeline and close deals consistently

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required (B2B or telecom preferred)
• Must own a reliable vehicle (field sales required)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Willingness to do both phone and field sales initially
• Available Monday–Friday
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for Southern California markets
