Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding sales activities, challenges, and opportunities for growth

Experience

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
• Experience in B2B sales or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
• Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
