The Service Team at Pella Northland is focused on delighting our customers in their interactions with Pella. Our Service Technicians excel in inspecting, repairing, or adjusting Pella Windows and Doors in the field. They are experts in product diagnosis and determining efficient resolution to plans while communicating the tools necessary to resolve the issue to both internal and external customers! They play a critical role in keeping our customers coming back and referring their friends and family, while striving to achieve and maintain 100% "Very Satisfied" customers every single day!

Skills needed to win:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required

• Familiarity with computers strongly preferred, may be expected to develop proficiency in Pella proprietary software and/or company email systems

• Experience working with a highly technical product is desirable
• High School Diploma or GED Required, in addition to dependable work history
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• 3–5-year related experience preferred (Carpentry, Finishing Carpentry, Window and/or Door Installation)
