Located in the heart of the city, we are a welcoming, community-focused yoga studio dedicated to helping students of all levels find strength, calm, and connection on the mat. We're looking for a passionate leader who can both run the business side of our studio and inspire our community through their teaching.

The Role

We have been in business for over 15 years and operate out of a 3,000 sq ft studio. We are at an exciting turning point and actively seeking new leadership to help guide the studio's next chapter. We're looking for an experienced Yoga Instructor to oversee daily studio operations while teaching a regular class schedule. While previous studio management experience is preferred, we are open to an individual who is passionate about teaching, community building and ready to tackle on any new responsibilities as a studio manager.

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves yoga as much as they love building community and running a smooth, thriving business. For the right candidate, strong performance in this role can lead to an ownership stake in the studio — we're looking for someone who wants to build something long-term, not just fill a position.

What You'll Do

Studio Management

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, staffing, and facility upkeep
• Manage class schedules and coordinate with instructors
• Handle member relations, sales, and retention initiatives
• Track studio performance metrics (attendance, revenue, membership growth)
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and studio budget
• Hire, train, and mentor new instructors and front-desk staff
• Plan and execute studio events, workshops, and promotions

Teaching

• Teach a regular weekly class schedule (style and level based on your specialties)
• Create a welcoming, safe, and inspiring environment for students of all levels
• Offer modifications and hands-on adjustments as appropriate
• Stay current on class trends and continue your own professional development

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of teaching experience with a 200-hour (or higher) yoga certification from an accredited program
• Prior experience in studio management, retail management, or a similar leadership role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for building community and helping others grow
• Comfort with basic business tools (scheduling software, POS systems, spreadsheets)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
