In 1985, EMA was established on the idea that family comes first, and work is a very close second. To that end, EMA offers careers, not jobs. The studio atmosphere at EMA is designed to allow us to pursue excellence in design. The best ideas rise to the top. We keep the workweek to 40 hours while offering holidays, vacation time, 401k, health insurance, and sick leave. This regular work schedule, generous compensation, and studio teamwork allows us to peruse excellent careers and family life while living in the most beautiful part of the country.
