Franklin Credit Management Corp., on behalf of its affiliate Puerto Rico Sports Nation (PRSN) seeks a Sale Associate / Account Executive for PRSN.

Job Description:

The Sales Associate/ Account Executive will lead the monetization efforts of Puerto Rico Sports Nation (“PRSN”) in the mainland USA, and will be responsible for securing strategic brand partnerships, program/ network sponsorships, digital advertising revenue, and custom branded programming integration.

PRSN is a premier sports media company and digital platform dedicated to covering Puerto Rican professional teams, athletes and sports culture in Puerto Rico, Latin America, the mainland USA and globally. Programming is produced from our studios in San Juan, Puerto Rico. PRSN delivers high-impact coverage through its website, mobile app, social media channels, programming, and podcasts

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drive Revenue by developing, pitching and executing outbound sales strategies offering program/ network sponsorships, commercial time, branded content, social media integrations, banners, and advertisements;
• Collaborate with PRSN On-air Talent and content creators to package and market their shows to relevant sponsors and advertisers;
• Build and Maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and advertisers, providing them with timely campaign performance data and optimization strategies;
• Assist PRSN staff with overall marketing and brand strategy, offering valuable market feedback to PRSN management, talent, and content creators;
• Identify and coordinate events to spread and elevate awareness of PRSN and its programming; and
• Participate in weekly team calls and meetings, presenting sales pipeline reports, and collaborating on overall marketing, sales, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience and proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales, specifically selling sponsorships and advertisements (experience with a sports media or digital platform is highly preferred);
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills;
• Comfortable pitching sponsorship and advertising opportunities to brand decision-makers;
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy media environment; and
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Travel: Occasional travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico

Salary: Competitive base salary ($45,000 per annum) plus performance-based commission structure. Full benefits package.
