About the Role

We're building the future of franchising through artificial intelligence.

We're looking for an intelligent, self-motivated person to help design, build, and improve AI systems that will power every part of our franchise—from customer service and sales to operations, training, marketing, and internal workflows.

This is not a typical corporate position. Everything we build is experimental. You'll have the freedom to test ideas, break things, learn quickly, and create systems that may eventually support hundreds of franchise locations.

You do not need years of experience. We care far more about your ability to learn than your résumé.

What You'll Do

• Build AI agents for different departments and business functions.
• Create automations between software platforms.
• Design AI workflows that save time and improve consistency.
• Research new AI tools and determine how they can improve the business.
• Write and improve prompts for AI systems.
• Learn new software, APIs, and technologies as needed.
• Assist with light coding and integrations.
• Document systems so they can be deployed across franchise locations.
• Continuously improve existing AI agents through testing and iteration.

Qualifications

Preferred, but not required:

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, APIs, or automation platforms.
• Experience with tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation software.
• Understanding of databases, prompts, and AI workflows.
