What It Takes

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–10+ years supporting EPC projects (compression, gas processing, or power generation preferred)
• Experience coordinating across engineering, permitting, and procurement
• Strong understanding of EPC execution, system integration, and vendor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple complex interfaces simultaneously
