· Conduct Healthier Oregon Program outreach, information dissemination and education activities, and enrollment services in the Woodburn and Salem offices, fairs, community events, partner locations, schools in the t counties, churches, non-profits, health facilities, etc.
· Respond to phone calls and schedule appointments with clients eligible to receive Healthier Oregon Program.
· Assist with partner collaborations to conduct outreach and referrals.
· Assist with the development of marketing and outreach materials.
· Attend community meetings, conduct neighborhood canvassing and conduct information presentations.
· Assist with data collection for program evaluation and reporting.
· Participate in OHIM webinars, trainings and attend regional meetings.
· Two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
· Prior experience working with Latino communities in Marion and Polk counties.
· Strong communication and analytical skills.
· Prior experience conducting outreach and promotional activities within the Latino community.
· Communicate effectively with target clients in English and Spanish.
· Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to use basic data input systems.
· Thorough understanding of adversity and compassionate towards target populations facing poverty and struggles due to lack of health care.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to work as a team member.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Must pass a background check.
· Do not have to have an insurance background.
Bilingual and bicultural skills required – Spanish/English.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $47,320.00 per year
