As part of our Food & Beverage team for 2-3 months, you'll soak in the park's natural beauty and provide legendary hospitality to our guests in this extraordinary setting.
Job Summary:

As a Cook, you would be responsible for assisting the restaurant Chef and/or Sous Chef in all basic food preparation, performing cooking functions or prep production.

As an Employee Dining Room Cook, you would be responsible for preparation of meals and feeding our employees according to set recipes. The feeding of our staff is one of our highest priorities.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: Late July/August - Early November
Pay: $19.00/hour - $22.50/hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

Expected to adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques.

Job duties of the position vary by location and function. Placement will be in one of the following areas - ala carte operation, employee dining operation or a quick service operation.
Qualifications:
- 6 months cook experience needed for entry cook position

6 months to 2 years cook experience needed for intermediate level cook position

3 years cook experience needed for advanced level cook position

Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner.

Follow all policy, procedures and service standards.

Physical Requirements include:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.

Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
