Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via our live chat platform.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our range of landscaping services, pricing, and availability.
Assist clients with scheduling consultations, service appointments, and follow-ups.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, scheduling, or service feedback.
Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with our landscape design and operations teams to coordinate services and ensure client needs are met.
Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and support processes.
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer care.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service, contact centre, or chat support role.
Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrable ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, customer-orientated approach.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM platforms, and standard office applications.
