Packaging & Inventory Processing Associate Wallflower Cannabis House

Wallflower Cannabis House is a fast growing cannabis dispensary seeking reliable and detail oriented individuals to join our Packaging and Inventory Processing Department.

In this role, you’ll work in a controlled, sterile environment where attention to detail, consistency, and compliance are critical. Prior cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Restock products on the sales floor
• Conduct inventory audits and assist with inventory accuracy
• Process and package products for retail
• Trim and package cannabis flower
• Receive and intake deliveries

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Nevada Dispensary Agent Card (required to apply)
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs or more regularly
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to trim and package final product as part of daily tasks
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to comply with Nevada cannabis industry regulations

Shift Availability:

This is a full-time position (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts). Shift options include:

• Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM & 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM & 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
