Job Posting Overview
We are seeking an experienced Process Project Manager to join our customers’ Integrated Project Management Team at their industrial site. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the EPCM business model, industrial manufacturing, and capital maintenance project experience.
The Process Project Manager will play a key role in front-end engineering, scope definition, and capital project planning, partnering closely with unit leaders to align technical solutions with site and CAPEX strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as Project Manager for capital projects across a diverse range of industries, including mining, minerals processing, chemicals, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals, leading projects from concept through commissioning.
· Lead Front-End Loading (FEL) and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) activities to develop technically and commercially viable project solutions.
· Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, procurement, and client stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and execution strategies.
· Develop project scopes, capital cost estimates, procurement packages, and technical specifications to support capital investment decisions.
· Support procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, bid evaluations, technical assessments, vendor selection, and contract execution for equipment and engineering services.
· Manage vendor and contractor technical interfaces to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
· Ensure process designs comply with operational, regulatory, and safety standards while delivering practical, fit-for-purpose solutions across multiple industries.
· Contribute to integrated project teams by managing project risks, optimizing cost and schedule, and delivering successful outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
