Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Director
Location: SOS-Alpharetta (HYBRID ROLE)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE)

True Work-Life Balance

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Hybrid Schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

• BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
• Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
• You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

• Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
• SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team
• SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
