EverDry Waterproofing of Michiana is hiring a Production Laborer to join our foundation repair and waterproofing crews in South Bend.

This is full-time, year-round construction work with no seasonal layoffs. You will work with an experienced crew repairing foundations, waterproofing basements and crawl spaces, digging along home foundations, carrying materials, and helping complete residential installation projects.

This is a very physical job. It is a good fit for someone who is strong, dependable, likes working outdoors, and wants to learn a skilled trade. It is not a good fit for someone looking for light-duty work, desk work, or a slow-paced job.

What You’ll Do

• Work on residential foundation repair and basement waterproofing projects
• Dig by hand along home foundations
• Carry materials, including heavy 5-gallon buckets, up and down stairs
• Use construction tools and equipment, including jackhammers
• Help install waterproofing and foundation repair systems
• Work outdoors year-round in different weather conditions
• Follow crew direction and work efficiently as part of a team
• Keep jobsites safe, clean, and professional for homeowners

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to perform very physical labor every day
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, including two 60-lb buckets up and down stairs
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Comfortable working inside and outside customers’ homes
• Able to follow directions and keep pace with an experienced crew
• Valid driver’s license required
• Background check required
• Construction, landscaping, concrete, excavation, waterproofing, or general labor experience is helpful, but not required

Pay

• $130/day starting pay
• Additional $20/day for employees who drive, when applicable
• Weekly installation-efficiency bonus opportunity
• Many employees earn approximately $700–$850+ per week depending on days worked, driver status, and bonus results
